According to the World Health Organization (WHO), India faces a blood shortage of three million units annually.
Only about 1% of the eligible population in India actually donates blood, while the ideal level is at least 3%.
Every year, over 12 million units of blood are needed in India for various medical procedures, including surgeries and emergency treatments, but less than 10 million units are collected.
India has one of the lowest rates of voluntary blood donation in the world, with most of the blood supply coming from family or replacement donors.
Blood shortages can lead to delayed treatments, which can result in complications and even death for patients in need.
By donating blood, you can help address this critical shortage and potentially save lives.
Till date we have successfully completed more than 1500 blood donations. We organise blood donation camps that are designed to make the donation process easy, safe, and convenient for donors, with trained medical professionals on hand to ensure that everything runs smoothly. We are proud of the impact that our blood donation camps have had in the communities we serve and are committed to continuing to make a difference through our efforts. By participating in our camps, you can join us in our mission to save lives and create a better world for all.
